《slip away》是刘德华演唱的一首歌曲，收录于专辑《忘不了》中。刘德华近几年没有出英文歌，《我知女人心》中的《SLIP AWAY》唱出来给人耳目一新的感觉。《SLIP AWAY》在刘德华第一次听小样就表示满意，陈大明说：“他听过小样后就特别喜欢，也没有对我们的词曲进行任何改动，他的音乐制作班底在创作期间也给了很多建议和支持，最后做成这样一首深情的歌曲。”

刘德华非常喜爱这首歌曲，表示：“很久没有唱英文歌，这首英文歌蛮特别的，和以前的歌都不大一样，英文歌词本来也比较有难度，既然在片中唱了，就希望巩俐小姐能喜欢！”《SLIP AWAY》被刘德华称为“一半写实一半写意”，“这首歌的大致情景是我心底藏着秘密，很想向巩俐坦白，想道歉，但就是鼓不起勇气，所以这首歌只是写给她的。”刘德华表示。而他表示最喜欢的一句歌词是：“IF I COULD I WOULD CHANGE MYYESTERDAY I WOULD LISTEN TO MY HEART(如果可以改变昨天，我愿意遵从心的旨意)。”
