谢婷婷昨日出席活动，对于陈冠希就“艳照门”上庭，她说：“不知道，他（指陈冠希）在哪、做什么都不知道。”记者问：“他在庭上承认照片中人有张柏芝？”谢婷婷说：“更加不知道啦！不知道怎么回答你，没有留意。已经有一、两个月没见阿嫂，自始至终全家人都没提这件事。”记者：“怕敏感？”谢婷婷：“好少提，都过去了，对大家都没有好处。”
对于有指4月4位照片中女主角有可能要上庭，婷婷说：“照片中有哪个都不知道，她是我阿嫂就是我阿嫂，I love her，she so wonderful，so great！我爱她，她是好妈妈和好媳妇。”
而记者致电谢贤，他耐心听完陈冠希上庭一事，没好气地说：“说这个给我听干嘛？想让我说什么？这个事我不会插嘴。”随即挂掉电话，而狄波拉的手提一直转移到留言。
